Nene Tetteh Wakah III Partners with Frontline for Climate Action to Combat Climate Change in Prampram

In an exciting new collaboration, Frontline for Climate Action has partnered with the Nene Tetteh Wakah III Foundation and the Prampram Traditional Council to harness the power of traditional leadership in addressing climate change. This partnership aims to leverage the influence and wisdom of local leaders in tackling one of the most pressing issues of our time.

As part of this initiative, the leadership of Frontline for Climate Action, led by Executive Director Cedric Dzelu, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Paramount Chief of Prampram, Nene Tetteh Wakah III.

The visit took place during the Royal Kpekple Party, hosted by the Overlord of Prampram, where the two organizations engaged in meaningful discussions about future collaboration.

This partnership will pave the way for climate-focused projects and programs within the traditional area.

These initiatives will aim to raise awareness, encourage community participation, and promote sustainable practices to mitigate the impacts of climate change.

A special acknowledgment goes to Shamo Sackey, whose efforts were instrumental in curating this impactful partnership. Through this collaboration, we aim to empower the Prampram community and foster a collective commitment to environmental sustainability.

Stay tuned for updates on the upcoming projects and how this collaboration will contribute to building a greener, more resilient future for Prampram.
