Leadership of Frontline for Climate Action Pays Courtesy Call to Minister of State for Climate Change and Sustainability

In a significant show of support for climate action in Ghana, the leadership of Frontline for Climate Action visited Hon. Seidu Issifu, the Minister of State for Climate Change and Sustainability, to congratulate him on his appointment and to discuss potential collaboration. The delegation was led by Solomon Djangmah, the Head of Program, accompanied by Harrison Martey, the Logistics Officer, and Peter Martin, the Communication Officer.
During the meeting, the team shared insights about the organization's ongoing initiatives and projects designed to address climate change and promote sustainability in local communities. Emphasizing the importance of partnerships in the fight against climate change, Solomon Djangmah highlighted the organization's commitment to supporting the Minister’s vision and efforts: “We believe that effective climate action requires collective responsibility, and we are here to reaffirm our commitment to working alongside the Minister and his team to implement impactful projects.”
In response, Hon. Seidu Issifu expressed gratitude for their visit and emphasized the importance of collaboration in tackling climate challenges. “The climate crisis is a formidable adversary, and it will take all of us; government, civil society, and communities to forge a path toward sustainability. I welcome the support of Frontline for Climate Action and look forward to leveraging our collective strengths to create meaningful change in Ghana,” he stated.
