Celebrating the Appointment of Hon. Raphael Uriel Nartey as Municipal Chief Executive

Frontline for Climate Action extends its heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Raphael Uriel Nartey on his appointment as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ningo-Prampram. This esteemed position is a testament to his unwavering dedication and extensive service as a teacher, coach, mentor, and political leader.

Ningo-Prampram faces significant climate-related challenges, including coastal erosion, sea-level rise, and saltwater intrusion, which threaten both livelihoods and infrastructure. Agricultural activities, particularly in farming communities, are impacted by unpredictable rainfall patterns and land degradation, leading to reduced crop yields and food insecurity.

Frontline for Climate Action is enthusiastic about the opportunity to collaborate with Hon. Nartey and the Municipal Assembly to address these pressing issues. Building upon our existing initiatives, we aim to implement sustainable strategies that enhance climate resilience, protect coastal communities, and promote sustainable agriculture.

We are confident that under Hon. Nartey's leadership, Ningo-Prampram will make significant strides in combating climate change and fostering a sustainable future for its residents.
